The comprehensive renovation of this Queenstown Hill home required a clear understanding of our international client’s perceived end result. A material palette of natural oak and stone, punctuated with darker elements, makes up the contemporary interior that sits within the existing building.

The home is used by our client for holidays in Queenstown, along with also being available as a luxury holiday rental. The property, therefore, needed to be functional as well as aesthetically inviting. Milne Reddell project managed the entire renovation, along with designing and curating the interior finishes, kitchen design, furniture, lighting, accessories, and a complete turn-key fit-out, to create a relaxed modern interior where friends and family can gather.
