Set amidst the vineyards in Gibbston Valley sits an architectural home, designed by Architecture Workshop, for a Sydney based family with an active and busy lifestyle. Milne Reddell was engaged by the clients to enhance the existing interior with considered detailing and authentic materials, alongside managing the project from concept through to completion on their behalf.

“The home was a relatively blank canvas which allowed us to integrate depth of colour to the interior finishes, furniture and lighting. Warmth was added to the home through a rich earthy colour palette and selective feature walls within the various central living spaces”.

Working closely with local craftsman, Milne Reddell designed the bespoke black oak joinery and natural oak kitchen table setting, enhancing the functionality of the interior spaces. The selection and procurement of furniture, rugs, soft furnishings, leather and wool upholstery along with carefully sourced accessories offers a reference to enduring luxury within this Queenstown home.
